I transitioned into UX design after graduating from the DesignLab bootcamp, where I discovered my love for creating user-centered digital solutions. For the past year and a half, I've been working at a health tech startup, focusing on B2B SaaS products in the healthcare industry. My role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design software that enhances patient care management, streamlines billing processes, and improves staff productivity.

My design philosophy centers around empathy and open communication with users. I believe that understanding their needs and pain points is crucial to delivering solutions that make a real difference. Throughout my career, I've conducted extensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform my design decisions and ensure a positive user experience.
